On behalf of
the Woodturners of the Hunter Co-op Ltd. I would like to invite you to the
Hunter United – Woodworking, Hobbies & Craft Expo 2005.
This, our 10th Expo, will once again bring the biggest and best range of
products, services and exhibitors under one roof. The NEWCASTLE
ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE , is a great location and
is situated at Since the inaugural
Wood Working & Craft Expo in 1996 over $385,000 has been raised for the John
Hunter Children’s Hospital Kids Club. This event attracts over200 exhibitors
from all over This year's
Expo will feature; woodturning - with demonstrations as well as hand crafted
products for sale; exotic, reclaimed forest timbers for sale; recycled
timber furniture and homewares; a huge range of
woodworking and craft tools demonstrations and sales; leadlighting; lapidary; glassblowing; quilting; folk
art; tapestry; needlecraft; china painting; decoupage; spinning; doll
making; patchwork iron work; floral art; pottery and much more. Special
guests this year U-Beaut Polishes will showcase
their fantastic range of unique finishing products and running continuous
demonstrations. A beautiful,
handcrafted grandfather clock valued at $6,000 will be just one of the great
prizes on offer over the three day event. "Cafe d'art" will once
again provide visitors with a chance to relax with a coffee and watch
artists at work. Full catering facilities will be on as well as hassle-free
parking and easy, ground-level access. Though more
exhibition space has been allocated due to the high demand for sites last
year, we recommend that you confirm and pay for your site by the deadline
